One of the reasons I took the time to become a subject matter expert in the military is that I recognized a harsh truth: No one in our sclerotic institutions listens to anyone unless they are a credentialed expert. What I didn’t understand at the time is that there is an additional requirement: Credentialed expert recommendations must also align with whatever special interests wield the most power in any given situation. In the context of vaccine mandates, these special interests include political factions that profit from dirigism and denuded individual rights, Malthusian oligarchs infected by a perverse obsession with vaccination as public health panacea, a regulatory apparatus infested with career bureaucrats who enjoy fat salaries and lucrative patent rights, and of course, the pharmaceutical industry that these same bureaucrats cohabitate. These special interests have one clear and obvious goal in this context: maximize vaccine uptake. If medical science and freedom get in the way, well…

I just wrote an article on my companion publication focused on holistic health and fitness/readiness outlining the release of a DoD IG report demonstrating that our Secretary of Defense was informed that there is clear evidence of systematic infringement upon the first amendment rights of service members within his organization.
What I didn’t mention in that article is that the Department of Justice (DOJ) has long known that federal agencies, including the DoD, are constitutionally required to accommodate Americans with religious beliefs that preclude them from receiving these inoculations. The fact that DOJ attorney Marty Letterman was caught on tape lamenting that Americans with sincere objections to the use of aborted fetal tissue in the development of all available C19 vaccines warrant religious accommodation is pretty damning by itself. What many people don’t understand is that this closed room discussion within the DOJ triggered a widespread propaganda campaign across government targeting individuals with these beliefs in an effort to make everyone believe that they didn’t really have a legitimate, religiously based objections if they didn’t want the jab. For the people that did want the jab, this campaign made it clear that anyone who submitted a religious accommodation request couldn’t possibly be sincere. The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) has an entire handbook outlining what constitutes a constitutionally protected religious belief under the Religious Freedom and Restoration Act (RFRA). Instead of advertising this as a way for employers and military leaders to better understand how to avoid engaging in unlawful religious discrimination, they did everything they could to undermine the religious freedom of Americans and service members. The exact way in which this all transpired was likely some confluence of system and conspiracy, but my favorite piece of evidence that DoD took Marty’s concerns seriously is this cheeky little white paper:

In general, Christian (Protestant and Catholic), Muslim and Jewish scholarship and statements support receiving the current Moderna and Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccines.
Although this probably goes without saying I’m going to spell it out: The DOJ knew that service members had robust, legally unassailable claims that entitle them to religious accommodation under both the Constitution and Religious Freedom and Restoration Act (RFRA). The DOJ informed the DoD of this. The DoD took this information and went out of their way to communicate that moral concerns regarding their coveted gene therapies from anyone who is Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, or Jewish are not sincere or legitimate. If you need more evidence to convince you that those wielding political power in the context of this mandate see Constitutional rights as anything more than an impediment to achieving their desired end state, then you need to take a hard look at your motivations, especially if you took an oath to that Constitution.
Religious Freedom and America
The first amendment is fundamental to the idea of America. Without it, the idea of America is dead. If you can’t follow your conscience without prompting the state to actively try to destroy your life and livelihood, then you are not living in America, you are living under tyranny. If you don’t comply, you can still enjoy spiritual freedom, but if you’re anything like me you’ll be compelled to disobey to such an extent that the technocratic globalist douchebags that comprise the managerial elite will get chubby at the thought of persecuting you mercilessly. If you want to see the future they have planned for ideological dissidents, just look at what is happening right now to Alex Jones. Under such circumstances many will allow the state to manipulate them into violating their most deeply held convictions and in so doing committing themselves to a slightly more comfortable slavery. Those without such deeply held convictions will continue doing what they must towards strictly materialist ends per usual, just with new incentives ensuring that they never attain the kind of spiritual awakening critical for a civilization capable of self-governance and supporting the American way of life. If anyone is ever tempted to ask why this is the hill I’m willing to die on, this is my answer.
An Illegal Order
If the trampling of religious freedom isn’t enough for you to balk, consider that senior officials in the DoD also know:

That's right! They’ve been coercing service members to take EUA products that they know they can’t legally mandate. They’re still doing it to this day. When I told the Company Commander that did my initial vaccine refusal counseling of this he simply responded “I find that hard to believe”. Although it only takes about 5 minutes of reading, (or going down to the vaccination site and asking for COMIRNATY)1 to verify, I do understand extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. If you this is news to you and you want to look at all the receipts, please check out the blockbuster whistleblower report some of my colleagues submitted to Congress along with a video providing over an hour of footage featuring the magnificent David Beckerman laying out all of the evidence in excruciating detail. If that doesn’t convince you that the DoD was complicit in illegally mandating products indicated exclusively for emergency use, again, you need to examine your motivations.
Real Science
There is a reason scientific publications list conflicts of interest. There are a lot of short hand ways to explain what science is, but one of my favorite descriptions is that it’s a process that allows us to answer falsifiable questions by systematically controlling for bias. Since we know most dudes can’t even measure their own dicks accurately because of bias, imagine what happens when billions of dollars and membership to the tribe2 you depend on to survive are at stake. For any competent scientific thinkers not hopelessly submersed in motivated reasoning, it is becoming increasingly obvious that both academic institutions and the administrative state have no capacity to contribute to the advancement of science.3 They are loyal to their (managerial) class interest, and that interest includes within it certain unassailable assumptions that are nevertheless falsifiable. This falsifiability should subject these assumptions to investigation, but the current environment won't allow it. There are countless strategies used to ensure that class designated dogma isn't challenged. To be clear, the safety and efficacy of mRNA injections has clearly been one of these established doctrines from shortly after their deployment.4 Licensure is weaponized. The selection of papers to publish is biased towards those that support the dogma, and away from those that challenge it. The peer review process in influenced. The character of dissidents is assassinated. These strategies are coordinated by class interest and limited only by the creativity of those in the ruling class. To deny the degree to which these influences place a heavy hand on the scales of scientific inquiry is myopic and unsupported by overwhelming evidence, including the replication crisis. We are in desperate need of alternative institutions and methods to employ resources in support of scientific inquiry, but that isn't the point of this article. The only point I'm trying to make is this: Science is a tool only useful insofar as it controls bias. It can't be wielded effectively by individuals motivated by a class interest that requires deference to sacred dogmas.5
Dissidents in the Ranks
In spite of the overwhelming incentives for members of the managerial class within the fields of medicine, virology, immunology, vaccinology, and public health to shut up and count their money, there have been countless defectors willing to subject themselves to character assassination and managerial class excommunication for the unforgivable sin of remarking upon the emperor's new wardrobe. Dr. Pierre Kory6, Dr. Robert Malone7, Dr. Peter McCollough8, Dr. Jessica Rose9, Dr. Michael Yeadon10, Dr. Jay Bhattacharya11, Dr. Martin Kulldorff12, Dr. Sunetra Gupta13, Dr. Chris Martenson, Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, and Dr. Kevin Bardosh are just a small number of such individuals. The consensus of these true experts is that mandatory vaccinations should never have been policy. Although they have all made outstanding contributions standing tall against what I might as well describe a bunch of stupid, evil douche bags, I want to put particular attention on Dr. Bardosh's latest paper that is currently available in pre-print, because it shows exactly how bad the DoD has transgressed against science, spirituality, and reason in mandating vaccines and recommending boosters for our nation's service members.
Covid-19 vaccine boosters for young adults: A Smackdown
Really, you should just go read the whole thing. Public Health experts from UW, UCSF, Harvard, Oxford, Johns Hopkins etc lay out across 50 pages why putting these experimental gene therapies into the arms of young, healthy American service members is just about the stupidest thing you could possibly imagine. Behold:
This is on top of an excellent paper that Dr. Bardosh Et al. published in the British Medical Journal back in May of this year providing a more comprehensive assessment of the public health impacts of vaccine mandates:
Although it might have been clear to folks doing hundreds of hours of independent research up to this point, these papers make it abundantly obvious to anyone who reads them that the DoD has made a huge mistake. Service members under 40 are dying by the dozens of “natural causes”, NO ONE is checking to see the date of their latest mRNA injection when this happens, and even if someone wanted to, the immunization files in the military electronic health record don’t accurately reflect this information. So much for active safety monitoring required by the Emergence Use Authorization… With accurate immunization files we could conduct an analysis of all deaths of natural causes in the DoD and see instantaneously if there is a relationship to mRNA injections or not. If you’ve been paying attention you know why I doubt that this will ever happen.
Legitimacy of the Regime
Even without this data, you would think that leading experts from some of the world’s most prestigious institutions incisively demonstrating the risk posed by booster injections might inspire the DoD to cut their losses. Unfortunately, it appears they’re going to double down instead. They have to, not least of all because if the military stops taking booster doses Secretary Austin’s stock in Tenet Healthcare might take a hit. Just kidding, it is actually much bigger than money. The more important reason for this behavior is intertwined with the credibility of the regime. Widespread recognition of the wisdom of “the experts” and the infallibility of “The Science” is an absolute requirement for our “betters,” who ostensibly rule us for our own good. The fact that the managerial class has gone all-in on the lie that these injections have always been and will ever be safe and effective ensures that any admission of error could pose an existential threat to their rule by undermining their increasingly tenuous claim to legitimacy. This is the same reason that 1/6 must be understood to be even more dangerous than 9/11, and why the 2020 election was without a doubt, the most secure in American history. But I digress…
Doubling Down
After reading Dr. Bardosh’s paper, I have to admit I did think for a second that perhaps the nightmare was over and that the pushing of boosters on service members had come to an end. Much to my chagrin the very next day a colleague shared with me this latest guidance being distributed to leaders in the Air Force:
Instead of letting the issue die, this guidance ensures that we understand that not only are the mandates obviously great and necessary, but that we need boosters too! It tells us right up front:
Booster vaccination is highly encouraged by the DoD
But why? They link to HHS and CDC info pages for what I have to imagine is the latest guidance from these noble institutions. I was honestly surprised to see the CDC recommending that young adults get boosters. Could they be doing it based on some portion of that massive stockpile of data they’re sitting on? I mean, Denmark just banned boosters for anyone under the age of 50, so you’d think the CDC could at least cook something up to demonstrate why the good old USA needs to not only allow young adults to take boosters, but actively encourage them to. Wow, they linked to evidence that people are more likely to get COVID if they don’t get vaccinated after recovery from natural infection. I wonder what data they’re citing, because I distinctly remember writing an article about CDC data that was published several months ago demonstrating that there was no marginal benefit to vaccination after recovery from natural infection. I also remember my boy Data Humanist sharing his article on the same data which highlighted the fact that hospitalizations were higher in the group that received the mRNA injections:
It was really big news at the time and made me think the DoD might have to recognize natural immunity, silly, I know… So what could have changed between the publication of this data in January of 2022 and today? What data is the CDC using to justify their assertion that natural immunity is enhanced with a nice fresh load of investigational gene therapy? Let’s click the link and find out!
Wait a second, that looks like the findings from the previous (and under-powered) Kentucky data from the MMWR published over a year ago (and prior to the California data above). They’ve had 9 months to update this section of their website, I wonder wh… PSYCHE! Can anyone seriously not see what is going on here? If you consider yourself a scientist of any kind and don’t take this as persuasive evidence that the CDC is completely captured by special interests looking to maximize booster uptake, then you need to re-evaluate your life. If you work in the scientific field or as a clinician, I recommend that you resign immediately, watch some Mike Rowe videos, and go get a trade job so you can start providing a legitimate service to your fellow man. It isn’t too late for you. You can still have a productive and meaningful life. You just clearly need the immediate feedback that can only be provided by customers who can decide not to pay you when your work isn’t worth a damn.
Vaccine Hesitancy and Responsibility
Medical providers speculating about vaccine safety and efficacy have had to tread carefully up to this point as doing so could *gasp* cause vaccine hesitancy! When you have control of the narrative you can effectively argue that this is the moral equivalent of murder. Now that time has passed. Between mountains of real world data informing us of the outcomes of this policy, everyone getting COVID after they were promised they would be immune following the jab, and witnessing vaccine injuries in friends and family members, calls to stay silent in the interests of increasing vaccine uptake aren't as persuasive as they used to be. From as early as January of 2021, I made it known to some of my medical colleagues that I believed that in our population (predominantly healthy young adults), the mRNA injections would deliver negative absolute risk reduction given the proper14 scientific end point known as all-cause morbidity and mortality. While the DoD has made it impossible to test this hypothesis15, everyone with any degree of legitimate scientific chops should be able to at least appreciate the following hypothesis in the current environment:
The risk of all-cause morbidity and mortality in the active duty population is higher for those who have received mRNA injections, and will increase in a dose-response relationship with any continued boosters16.
You might not agree with the hypothesis, but it is plausible and worthy of consideration. Am I the only one who is concerned over elevated all cause mortality data associated with vaccine uptake from across the globe17, glaring issues with the randomized controlled trials used to authorize these products in the first place18, and anecdotal reports of rare illnesses and death in previously young and healthy19 service members? I get we weren't supposed to even speak of such a hypothesis because of vaccine hesitancy before, but frankly, the risk of vaccine hesitancy has proven to be an apparition. No young healthy adults are dying from COVID currently, especially not in the military. We do have enough data to demonstrate that at least. In any case if an unvaccinated adult under the age of 40 in the military dies from COVID sometime after I publish this article, I’ll eat crow. Will you eat crow the next time a healthy 20-30 something dies of “natural causes” right after getting a booster? Oh, that’s right, there’s no way for us to know if they just got a booster. Never mind.
Prepare for the Cascade
The execution of this mandate has seen leaders at every level directly violating their oaths. This is nothing new. The organization has always applied pressure to it’s constituents such that the competent and principled20 among us are gradually but inexorably pushed out. Those that go the furthest are those who find it the easiest to compromise themselves. There is something here that is new, however. We have suddenly been presented with a clear and obvious hill for those with principles21 to die on. There is no hiding the unconstitutionality and lawlessness with which leaders have executed this mandate from the eyes of the scrupulous. Though many of us have submitted against our conscience, all of us have seen. We have a strong preference for there to be accountability for this injustice. As people with principles, we understand that those without require material consequences to inform them of what behaviors are acceptable in a society of laws. As evidence mounts that the EUA gene therapies forced upon us have done more harm than good, the prospect of redemption for those that have been silent or even complicit with this unacceptable behavior diminishes by the day. You may find those of us on the right side of history incredulous of the contrition of our persecutors after the cascade begins to fall. Many on the wrong side of this issue can't help but double down, it is simply in their nature. While I can’t speak for the thousands of unvaccinated brothers and sisters in arms that I’m honored to serve with, I can honestly say it makes no difference to me. I've been all-in for some time. Though it has been a struggle, to be sure, I’m content to drive on fulfilling my oath and willing to accept whatever the river may bring.

These folks are all part of the managerial class. To fully understand why all of the elites and people in positions of power seem to be so universally inept and contemptuous of regular Americans, you need to appreciate that they are members of a class for whom populism is an existential threat. To hone in on this topic especially, I recommend his book The Managerial Class On Trial (although I don’t agree with his proposed solutions).

When you’re testing an intervention that has ANY potential for side effects, YOU CAN’T PICK AN ARBITRARY END POINT THAT DELIBERATELY DISCOUNTS ADVERSE EVENTS. This is another one of those things that is obvious to real scientists, but very arcane, complex, and difficult to understand for those who only wield credentials so that they may serve the managerial elite.

Boosters have NEVER been demonstrated to be clinically effective in reducing the risk of severe disease from COVID-19 in ANY population. They were shown to increase antibody titers. Maybe if you’re not a clinician you don’t understand how utterly ridiculous this is. Something isn’t effective unless it is clinically effective, period. With respect to the brand new variant booster, that wasn’t even tested on humans. It was tested on 8 mice. Each mouse did get covid, but it might have been more severe if they didn’t get the booster? All of the mice lived, so there is that…
This massive increase in all-cause mortality that is nearly 40% in some countries is so obvious that it is actively being spun by the same managerial class hacks that are responsible. Trust someone with that amount of bias at your peril. Morgoth has an excellent article breaking down the pitiful attempt to spin these deaths as unrelated to the mRNA injection deployment in spite of the close temporal tracking across the globe with these unprecedented increases in death.
This could take up an entire article by itself, but to name a few, the number of “other protocol deviation” exclusions overwhelm the total effect size, Brook Jackson (one of the trial site managers) has provided irrefutable proof of fraud, there were significantly more serious adverse events in the vaccine arm, and there were 23% more deaths in the vaccine arm (more if you count the folks that were allowed to cross over starting at 3 months). I’d like to point out that critics of VAERS who like to point out it can’t determine causation are often inclined to claim RCTs are the only way to determine causation. Well, by applying that standard you would need to stipulate that Pfizers bnt162b2 increases the risk of all-cause mortality by 23%. I look at those RCT results and the increases in all-cause mortality associated with highly vaccinated nations ranging from 20-40% and think it probably isn’t a coincidence.
I’ll go so far as to say the mRNA injections have been a disaster even for old folks with co-morbidity. The incompetent often sacrifice their principles even though it causes them some anguish out of fear they will not be able to succeed outside of the military. The competent without principles are the favored servants of the managerial class, although even they are few and far between these days.
If you haven’t stood up for people seeking religious accommodation for these mandates you are an oath breaker. You might have some principles, but they don’t include supporting and defending the constitution since religious freedom is a part of that. Try to blame ignorance or assert that you were just following orders if you want. If you’re contrite you’ll find forgiveness from me, but forgiveness and mercy is my #1 character strength so bear in mind your mileage with others may vary.
It beggars the imagination to think those in the military are insisting on a protocol which would certainly, over time, be its destruction. It makes one think those in the "managerial class" know what they are doing and so we must ask why. We would say that it is of the "Alien mind", but others would call it just Satanic.
There are two minds on the earth, the Christ mind and the Alien mind, and we have to choose which one we want, and we have to choose each day. I heard a Jewish man say that this is what their religion teaches, and I agree. Some have called the Alien mind, the wetiko, a mind parasite. Whatever you call it, its goal is complete destruction of humanity.
The man I like to call my mentor, meaning I wanted to follow in His footsteps, walked with God all of his days. He said that the commandment, Thou shall not commit adultery, is about more than being intimate with another outside of the marriage. Adultery is the mixing of things to pervert these things. Like using glyphosate on our crops, like spraying chemicals in the atmosphere to change the weather, like using biosludge as fertilizer, like importing animals, insects or plants from one continent to another to cause stress on the natural flora and fauna, like injecting unknown and known substances into the human body to supposedly help the body. How can injecting a poison into the body make it any better?

One fundamental right (that like many things, was so ingrained in the people who founded America that they simply could not conceive of life otherwise) is the right to keep and follow one's own conscience. That this right is being attacked is a direct result of the demoralization and ideological subversion campaign that Yuri Bezmenov warned us about in the '80's.
